We are committed to providing a smooth and efficient delivery process for all orders. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully to understand your responsibilities and our terms.

By purchasing from Vendome Living, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Order process
  • You receive an order confirmation by email after checkout.
  • When your order ships, we email tracking details.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable on returns.
Processing and delivery
  • Orders typically dispatch within 2 to 6 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by destination, item size, and carrier capacity.
  • We ship Australia-wide. Remote areas may have extra time and cost.
  • The phone number provided on the order will be used as the site contact unless another contact is specified at checkout.
Satchels and boxes
  • Parcels are sent with Authority to Leave unless specified otherwise.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible delivery address.
  • Vendome is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by incorrect details.
Palletised and large building materials
  • Delivery is kerbside only at the specified address.
  • You are responsible for unloading and handling. Provide suitable equipment or labour such as a forklift, pallet jack, crane, or team on site.
  • Drivers do not perform manual unloading.
  • Extra charges may apply for re-delivery, site access issues, equipment hire, waiting time, or changes made after dispatch.
Depot delivery (alternative option for palletised freight)
  • For customers without unloading equipment or site access, palletised orders can be delivered to the nearest participating freight depot.
  • You will receive depot address details and collection instructions once your order is dispatched.
  • Orders must be collected within the depot’s holding period (usually 3–5 business days). Storage fees may apply for late collection.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for pickup.
  • Once collected from the depot, responsibility for safe transport rests with the customer.
Risk and title

All goods remain the property of Vendome Living until full payment is received.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer:

  • Upon delivery at the nominated address; or
  • Upon collection from a depot, warehouse, or third-party carrier.

Vendome Living is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss caused by:

  • Third-party freight providers
  • Unattended delivery addresses
  • Natural events or carrier scheduling disruptions
Damage in transit
  • Inspect all deliveries on arrival. Photograph any damage immediately.
  • Report transit damage to the carrier within 24 hours and keep all packaging.
  • Vendome is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit. Claims must be lodged with the carrier. We will assist with documentation where possible.
Local pickup
  • Pickup is available by arrangement. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your confirmation email.
Delays

Delivery dates provided are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather, road, or traffic conditions
  • Carrier network issues
  • Customs clearance (for international shipments)
  • Peak season or public holidays

Vendome Living will not be liable for loss or damages resulting from delivery delays beyond its control.

Customs, duties, and taxes
  • For any international shipments, duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
  • You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Email hello@vendomeliving.com to start a return. Items returned without approval are not accepted.
  • After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
